Help CenterYou can upload multiple products at once to BoddHub using our Bulk Import feature. Note that this only imports the main product details, if you wish to get size recommendations for each product, you will need to configure SizeMatch for each product individually. To get started click 'Bulk import' within the Products tab.
Download our CSV template by clicking 'Download Template'.
Open it up in a spreadsheet application of your choice (i.e Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
Delete the example row in row2.
Enter in your product names from A2 vertically.
Enter in your product codes for each product from B2 vertically.
Enter in the garment types for each product from C2 vertically. The garment types entered must be chosen from our existing list of garment types, new garment types cannot be created. A garment type must be specified. The acceptable garment types are:
- Shirt
- TShirt
- Outerwear
- Shorts
- Trousers
- Skirt
- FullyBody
- Footwear
- Belt
- Gloves
- Accessories
- Jumper
- Other
Enter in the gender the garment was designed to fit. This must be specified. Exact spelling and options are:
- Male
- Female
- Unisex
Enter in your Category Tags from E2 vertically. It is not mandatory to fill this in. To view the existing Category Tags in the system, go here. If a product has more than 1 tag associated with it, you can separate subsequent tags with the pipe character “|”.
Save your CSV and upload it here.
Click Import and you’re done. The products are now in the system.
If you would like to receive size recommendations for these products, click 'Upload' in the Size Chart column of each product and input the garment's Size Chart details.
