How do I set up Multi-Factor Authentication or 2FA?

What is multi-factor authentication?

Multi-factor Authentication or 2FA adds an extra layer of security by requiring two forms of verification to access your account:

  1. Something you know (like your password)

  2. Something you have (like a code sent to your email or mobile device)

Why is it necessary?

  • Protection Against Password Breaches: Even if your password is compromised, unauthorized access is prevented without the second factor.

  • Defense Against Phishing Attacks: Cybercriminals cannot access your account without the second form of verification.

  • Enhanced Data Security: This additional step ensures better protection for company and customer information.

How it works

When logging in, you'll enter your password as usual. You'll then receive a unique code via your authentication app or email. Simply enter that code to complete your login.

We understand the need for a balance between convenience and security, and we believe that Multi-Factor Authentication offers the best way to protect your accounts without unnecessary complications.
