How do I set up multiple passkeys?

When using Passkeys as a Multi-Factor Authentication method, the "key" is tied to the device (1 key per device). When accessing an account with multiple devices, it is recommended to create multiple passkeys.

Alternatively, you can change your default authentication method to use an Authenticator instead (for One-Time Passwords).

To create multiple passkeys for multiple devices:

  1. Log in to your account on BoddHub. *
    * If you have already set a passkey previously, log in on the device you used when setting up your first passkey.

  2. After logging in, click on the account icon at the bottom left of the menu, and select "Manage MFA"
  3. On the Manage MFA page, you will be shown the current authenticators active in your account. Select "Passkey" from the menu.
  4. Your current available passkeys will be displayed. Select "Create another passkey" to add a new key.

If your first passkey was created on a laptop or PC, log in to your laptop or PC and when creating a new passkey, do not use the browser default. Instead, choose where you want to save your passkey.

To use your phone or tablet:

Select "Use a phone, tablet or security key" and then scan the QR code that is displayed on the screen with the device you want to use to store your passkey:

You may now log in with your phone or tablet.
